Diana Johnson MP Launches the BME Mental Health Champions Network

Organised in partnership with the Community Development Workers from the Mental Health Foundation Trust, the conference was supported by a number of speakers both locally and regionally. Sindy Chana, Equality Embassador, Head for Yorkshire and the Humber, commented on the wealth of work achieved in a relatively short period of time. A keen supporter of the project, Sindy said: "It's incredible how far the project has gone in a relatively short period of time".

Diana Johnson MP, who launched the network on Friday 4th November, also commented on the excellent work and developments undertaken. MP Diana Johnson also highlighted the good work HANA delivers for the BME communities in Hull and the Humber.
