Mohamed Elmugadam, member of the Board of Trustees, chaired the meeting which was well attended by representatives of BME community organisations members of HANA, stakeholders and members of the local community and voluntary sector.

Members received the Trustees' Annual Report and the Annual Accounts of the organisation. Both the Finance Officer and the External Auditor were at hand to answer questions of members. The External Auditor, Martin Baker, from Sadofkys Accountants, made it clear that they are satisfied with financial management of the organisation and theFinance Officer, Francis Ahiakpa, added that HANA finances are 'sound'. Members also agreed that the elections of new Trustees will take place within eight weeks.
